Vegetable amaranth is one of the popular leafy vegetable that occupies a prominent place in India owing to its high nutritive value and fast growing ability. The presence considerable genetic variability along with very phenotypic plasticity demands development stable genotypes secure sustainable production. present research was carried out quantify effect genotype x environment interaction on performance 30 identified promising amaranth. experiment laid Randomized Complete Block Design three replications at locations viz., Arabhavi, Dharwad Bagalkot during kharif 2018-19. Stability analysis done as per linear regression model described by Eberhart Russell [1] measures genotypic response changing environments. Variance due + (genotype environment) significant for four studied traits fresh green yield hectare, plant, plant height leaf length which specified existence noteworthy between environmental conditions. accessions, VA-16, CO-1, IC-553719 IC-469645 have been yielding yield. Stable accessions include IC-536714, IC-541407, Arka amaranth, IC-469579 were IC-550143, IC-551472, IC-536714 IC-469722. Further, some attributes indicated can be, commercialised or used future breeding programs.
